Our project for January 8 is at the Titan Interpretive Site. Vegetation needs to be cleared along the access road to the site from Johnstone Mine Road and erosion problems need to be addressed at the site. Rocks and material need to be placed to berm the east side of the pad where the display boards are located and around the handicap space.

We will meet at the Marana Airport parking lot/staging area at 8am. Make sure to dress appropriately for the weather and work we are doing. Bring water, snacks, lunch, hats, your favorite gloves and loppers, if you wish, and sunscreen. BLM will provide materials, gloves, tools, safety equipment and water to refill your containers. We can decide on where we will have lunch while we are working up our appetites! For Dove Mountain folks, we will meet at Dove Mountain Park, plan to depart at 7:30am return no later than 3pm, including time for lunch.
